Interview
I applied online. Got an email requesting an me to complete a personality test and the week after I was called in for an interview.
It was a group interview with 4 people (very relaxed setting). They gave the group some cards with different scenarios and asked the group to order the cards from highest to lowest priority. Then they simply explained the job tasks and timings. Lastly they asked us to fill some forms with our availability.
