Question 1
How have you in the job Force accomplish a goal with a team?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Sault Ste. Marie, MI) in Apr 2014
Interview
It actually starts by applying for the positions that you are interested in, followed up by a pretty long question and answer pre screen which takes roughly 45 mins give or take. As long as your answers meet what they are looking for your application is then accepted and goes to the next step. Once the store you are applying for receives your application and accepted pre screen questions and answers they will then decide if they are interested in you for one of the positions that you selected that you are interested in if they have an opening for one of them. After that comes the in person interview which was typical of a Walmart interview. You go in and meet with a member of management and they ask you a series of questions pertaining to previous work/life experiences. After that based on the answers you provided to the questions they determine if they are interested in calling you back for a second interview which is typically when they have you sign paperwork for them to run a background check and drug screen. After you take and pass the drug screen and your background check comes back clean they will call you back in for the actual job offer and set you up for orientation.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to accomplish a task by a certain deadline and what you did to ensure that you finished the task on time.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart in Sep 2009
Interview
Interview went smooth and was friendly enough. May be intimidating to a kid applying for their first job with all the questions, but was fine for me. After In was called in, I was interviewed by the department manager with a series of situational type questions that help determine your work and personal ethics and ambition. Now that I think about it, I dont recall any questions related to the skills for the job!

Some no win questions in order to determine your handling of a tough situation. An example might be, if you were in the middle of something you can not stop doing and a co-worker needed your help immediately, what would you do?
