I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Easley, SC) in Aug 2015
Interview
Went to the back of the store and sat on the bench next to restrooms, waiting to be called from the back by HR. When she called me back, she went over some paperwork just saying which position I applied for, how much the pay will be, etc. She then called back two managers to ask me behavioral questions all in one go which I liked because I didn't have to do 3 separate interviews, and in the end they offered me a different better job that pays more.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Walmart
Interview
It's basically go in for them to see you in person, then answer a couple questions. If they feel you're needed, they'll let you take the drug test. Once you past your drug test, then you're in. Wait for them to call you in for your first day.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Tacoma, WA) in Jun 2015
Interview
Applied online, was called about a month later where they gave the job description, told me to come monday at 9 for an interview. Came in for the interview, which was done by personnel associate. I guess they normally have somebody else do the interview, but my people didn't show up. They asked a few questions but it felt I already had the job at that point. Questions were not very difficult and it seems that if you don't brutally mess them up, you'll get the job. After they interviewed me I was told I had the job pending a drug test, to be completed in 24 hours. Did the drug test and received a call the next day telling me to show up again at 9 to begin training.
