I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Atlanta, GA) in May 2019
Interview
After a few emails I was scheduled for orientation after orientation I was given my start date and it’s been lovely ever since I think Walmart is a great company that gives individuals wonderful opportunities to excel within the company gaining great skills along the way they train you and make you very comfortable
Went through quite a few interviews and most we're fine but didn't really enjoy the group setting. Made for a few awkward moments with some of the applicants that we're part of the interview group.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Raymond, NH) in Dec 2016
Interview
Filled out an online personality assessment. Unlike every other personality assessment I've taken, they actually updated me in real time that I'd passed. This was much appreciated.
They contacted me about the interview within the next week and we scheduled a time.
The interview was quite casual and didn't have any surprise questions. Some of them did seem a little involved for a warehouse position and had me drawing from previous experiences in office jobs. I got the sense, however, that what was more important here was simply the fact that I *had* an answer, rather than the answer itself.
I was offered the job on the spot.
We also took a little tour of the department I was interviewing for.
The weirdest thing about it, however, was the fact that my starting date was set to 6 weeks after my hiring date.

Question 1
Wish I could remember specifics - mostly general questions looking for anecdotes about overcoming conflicts in the workplace and times that you had to be flexible about the task at hand.
