After the job submitting came to a close, I got my phone interview a few days later. Then I went into the store to the second interview. It was my first interview, and it was, in my opinion, bad. I should of prepared myself and read up on some of the questions so I won't need to ask them to repeat questions again.

Interview process was quick and straightforward. Met with store manager, reviewed availability, prior customer service experience, and reliability. Questions focused on handling busy lines, dealing with difficult customers, teamwork, and basic math skills for cash handling. friendly and informal conversation.

2 phone calls asking about schedule, availability, other scenario questions. Recruiter was nice - mostly asked about working through the year vs. only the summer. Mostly the normal behavioral questions you'd expect.
