Very detailed to make sure you have the right personality for the company
Company has high standards and they are looking for this in the interview, also that you can work well with others and catch on quickly

Interview
I was interviewed for a cashier position by the head of HR and her assistant. This lasted about fifteen minutes. The questions were fairy general in nature. I then was interviewed by the front end manager and his assistant. His line of questioning were more focused on my background and past experiences, especially in the military. The wokery manager interviewed me for about ten minutes and he basically gave me the layout of the facility.

Interview
Had a phone interview for about 30 minutes , same day hours later called for in person interview 2 days after that had interview with cafe manager was a lovely experience they were both kind. It came as more of a conversation than an interview so it was very comfortable.
