First interview with hiring manager from hr, they were very kind and made sure that you felt comfortable. They did the interview in cafe, so if you want to prepare yourself you can go to cafe and just sit there if your nervous before hand. After that they have an interview with the manager of your department and the hiring manager. And if they think your a good fit then they will give you a tour and then call you later to schedule orientation

There were two rounds of interviews. The first round was over the phone and the second was in person with an HR member and a manager from a specific team. It was a pretty straightforward process with general questions about availability, work ethic, and approach to customer service.
