The hiring process is good and the recruiter is very helpful throughout the process. Phone interview, Versant then Final Interview. The final assessment consists of behavioral questions on which you will answer using STAR method. Final interviewers will also guide you and gave you time to think of the best answer. Just breathe.

It was a virtual interview, this role only required a basic degree and the interview mainly focused on our communication skills, we need to answer only basic questions which is not at all related to our degree it was about us.
