A phone interview is conducted and those that have past the phone interview will move onto the in-person interview. After that is completed, you will be notified via email or phone if selected for the position.
easy, had 1 interview and 1 phone screening. The questions with hiring manager were at STAR based questions. The phone screening had a few questions but not too much. It was an easier interview but the 1:1 I was kind of nervous. Both interviews were over the phone.

I went through agency so they call you and set up a phone interview and the person that interviewed me is very helpful and guide me through the whole interview.

Tell me about a time you had to work under pressure. How did you handle it?
Not organized, was told by the gentleman interviewing me that they did not know they were supposed to be interviewing and that the person who was supposed to called in. We both knew it was a waste of our time.
