Western Union Developer interview questions

A very bad experience-- 1. Telephonic call from HR ( Regarding job role, current salary, expected) 2. Then wait for 1 week to get interview scheduled(after a follow up with HR) 3. F2F on weekdays (As they dont work on sat and sun), went well , a 1 hr technical discussion(Splunk Developer role). 4 After 3 days (having multiple follow up , HR schedules the next round) 5. This again takes 1 week to schedule as i was informed Hiring manager is not available. 6. After mulitple follow up-- F2F again with hiring manager on week days.-- here you get to know about the role (to the surprise manager says This is for l2 suppport role and i am a developer more like i am overqualified) 7. then no communication from HR -- after multiple follow up and assurance from HR that next week i will be updated and i am only candidate shortlisted. 8. finally after a month follow up with HR , got updated the position went on hold. A mere joke from such big , responsible organisation .

First, I applied the software engineer position online. After one week, I received a call to require to set up a telephone interview, and also an email attached with a design-coding test. I completed the test and gave back some available time slots for telephone interview. Then, got no feedback. Hope to get a rejection email at least.
