Industry process nothing different but they call the first time, pass the battery tests, two or three interview and at least 4 weeks to make a desition. The end is the offer and no training was done.

First one by phone and second one in person, normal questions about the industry, personal skills, education, experience, recent jobs, second one was a nice conversation, it took a while to get the offer.
