Interview
Recruiter screen. The recruiter wasn't very knowledgeable about the Canadian team or hiring process as she is US-based so that was a bit weird to me since this was a Canada-based role. She asked me basic interview questions about my skills and experience and the next step is meeting the hiring manager and then the panel.
Screening Round comprises of aptitude tests which includes questions on Subjects like Operating Systems, CyberSecurity, OOPS, DBMS, etc. followed by technical round which comprised of Few coding questions related to Arrays and Sorting to name a few. Interviewers further dwelled deep into Projects, Experience and Skills mentioned in the resume.

Primero tuve una entrevista grupal con otros postulantes donde nos explicaron brevemente el puesto. Luego me llamaron para hacerme una propuesta laboral, la cual acepté. Después de eso, dejaron de comunicarse conmigo y nunca más recibí novedades del proceso

Las preguntas fueron bastante básicas. Me consultaron sobre mi experiencia laboral previa, en qué puestos había trabajado y cuáles eran mis tareas. También me preguntaron si vivía cerca del lugar de trabajo, mi disponibilidad horaria y si tenía experiencia en atención al cliente. No hicieron preguntas técnicas ni demasiado profundas.
