Western Union interview questions

1) Online Test - A lot of questions of logical puzzles and cultural fit 2) Online Test - MCQ's and 1 DSA (very easy) 3) Technical Round 1 - Resume based and fundamental questions 4) Technical Round 2 - Problem solving/optimizations questions, deep dive in resume projects 4) HR Round - Basic hr questions

The recruiter first asked, "What do you know about the company and the role?" Then, within minutes, they told me the role had been filled and asked if I had received the email about it. I, of course, had not. They also mentioned that the new candidate would be starting in a few days. I am surprised because the job description was posted only a month ago. I received an invitation from HR three weeks ago, but their earliest available schedule was just one week ago. This is so odd, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Please inform candidates earlier next time.
