It was a weird process where people who did not understand social questions and such interviewed me. They were not american so they didn't understand american mannerisms so it made for an awkward interview.
Thank you for telling us about your interview experience. We're thrilled that you are now part of the team, and wish you all the best with your #WUCareer! If you have additional feedback on how we can further improve our candidate experience, please feel free to reach out to careers@westernunion.com. -Deb Howington, Leader of Global Talent Acquisition
I received a message from a recruiter that they would like to interview me but was stood up when it came time for the interview. I even rearranged my schedule out of convenience for the recruiter to get a new time scheduled. I received no communication regarding the missed interview from the recruiter. If you do not have the courtesy to inform a candidate you cannot make an interview, then you are not worth my time. I will not be applying to Western Union again.

I applied online. I interviewed at Western Union (Edison, NJ) in Aug 2020
Interview
It was very easy and fair. The questions were relevant to the position and I thought they gave me the opportunity to represent myself accurately. Overall, the interview process was very efficient.
