I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Western Union in Nov 2012
Interview
It was a standard interview process with initial HR phone screening interview followed by phone inteview with hiring manager and then in-person interview with hiring manager and senior management. It was more of a conversation learning about me and the job role as opposed to behaviorial scenario questions.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Western Union (New York, NY)
Interview
Easy, relaxed, simple, basic PM questions, helpful if you have prior project management experience. Just provide details of your previous position and how you managed conflict and teams. Explain collaboration techniques, distribution of work within team, discussions with QA, developers, and stakeholders.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Western Union (Vancouver, BC) in Jun 2015
Interview
I got an interview through an agent. They asked me to work on a take-home assignment and wanted me to finish it within 3 days. It's an assignment that wanted you to show your software skills. I submitted it and they wanted an interview with me within a week. There were 3 people in the interview but mainly one person asked questions. The questions mainly focused on the assignment and some other technical questions. After a week, they said they pursued another candidate.
