Western Union Manager interview questions

I applied for a job early last fall. Had an HR interview and then a phone interview with a manager and then a panel interview in December. Yes, it took months! Five weeks ago I was told I'd hear something the next week.....but I haven't heard anything. They are trying to embrace a Lean culture, but it doesn't seem to have hit the recruiting process. Not impressed with how they treat candidates.
