Interview
I recently had the opportunity to go through the interview process with Western Union, and I must say that it was a truly positive and rewarding experience. From start to finish, the entire process was well-organized, efficient, and left a lasting impression on me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I would like to commend the interviewer for asking thoughtful and professional questions that directly pertained to the role and responsibilities I would have within the company. It was evident that they had a deep understanding of the position and were genuinely interested in assessing my qualifications and fit for the role.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Western Union (Pune) in Oct 2020
Interview
Three round of interview. One technical, one managerial and last is hr. Technical round is not so tough to crack if you really know what you are doing in your current position, because most of the questions they will ask from your own experience what you will tell or write in your cv.

Question 1
Most of the questions were asked from my current working experience, they are actually trying to understand if I have the capability to do work, which I seems a very good way to judge a candidate.

This was the most frusted interview for me in my life.
I can't understand how cricket and politic will help you create good software.
