I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wipro (Noida) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview was through campus recruitment. First, there was a logical/aptitude test. The test had negative marking and basic sections of English Aptitude, Writing Aptitude, Math and Logical. It was a fairly easy test for anyone who has a good understanding and practice of analytical and logical skills.
Next was the technical interview. Now it seemed like a mix of technical + hr, as the questions at first were quite general. Basic personality questions... Strengths, weaknesses, team work and so. This went on for almost 20 minutes. And then came the technical questions. Easy to say, they were quite basic.
