I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Wipro (Hyderabad)
Interview
The interview process took about a month and a half.
Got a mail from Wipro through a referral.
They have 3 rounds of interviews.
1. Written
2. Technical
3.HR
Only the written was difficult as they included many reasoning and aptitude questions. And the selection is based on the relative grading. But the technical and HR rounds were pretty easy.

Question 1
1. Written was wholly based on reasoning and aptitude. Just prepare the last 5 years questions asked in Wipro and you will be okay.
2. Technical screening was a small coding based question where they asked me to explain the code (rather the Object oriented design) of designing an online chess game.
3. HR round was pretty simple where they asked me some basic questions on my educational background.
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
It feels amazing to be genuinely respected, not just as an employee, but truly valued as the company's greatest asset.
The interview process was well-structured, professional, and engaging. The interviewer was friendly, knowledgeable, and created a comfortable environment for discussion. Questions were relevant to the role and allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, making the overall experience positive and rewarding.
