I was recruited through National Elite Talent Hunt 2018. The process consists of three rounds. First round was written round. It comprised of aptitude, verbal sections, essay writing and finally coding. The exam was conducted using AMCAT. So be careful while answering the question because if once the question is answered and gone for another we cannot go back and change the answers that we have chosen. That is, we cannot navigate through questions. Do not waste more time on answering a single question. If you do not know the answer for a question then try to answer something because you will not get negative marks if your answer is wrong. Then, after completing aptitude and verbal you have to write an essay on a given topic with a minimum of 140 and a maximum of 300 words. Time limit is 20 min. As soon as you complete writing the essay you will directed into coding section. Here, you will be asked to code a solution for two problem statements. And you have an option to navigate between two problems. My suggestion is to code for both the problems because you have to code the solution with the builtin functions given by them and the input type and output type should be according to the given default code. So the probability of getting your code executed is very low. It will be better if you try to code for both the problems. That is all about first round. If you clear the first round, you will asked to attend the TR and HR via an email. Be Confident and try to answer every question you know. Try to give answers shortly so that the interviewer cannot find a question to ask you. My dear friend, I knew what is running in your mind. "Everyone is telling to be confident and Everything will be fine. Is it so?". The answer is definitely yes. Because the interviewer asks you the very basic questions at first. If you answer them with confidence it makes him to believe in you and he will definitely select you. If you answer him with confusion and hesitation, he will doubt your knowledge and goes on asking questions. So be brave before you begin. Last but not the least and the very common thing as usual, have a smile on your face. Maintain it. Having a smile leaves a very good impression on the interviewer. So maintain it.
