I have applied through NLTH and it was a 3 step process. Firstly online test was taken and in a month results were declared. After it there were 2 interview rounds one was technical and second one was hr ...both were resume based.

the interview had 3 rounds
1st round had 2 coding problems and second had a complex coding problem and the technical discussion had lots of question with java . the final round was hr round
