Interview
The interview process at Wipro was quite easy. They just checked the basics of Information Technology in their test followed by a technical interview which focused on testing the IT skills of a person and also their IQ. The technical round was followed by a HR interview where they checked the mindset of the person and his/her willingness to learn.
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
It feels amazing to be genuinely respected, not just as an employee, but truly valued as the company's greatest asset.
