I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Wipro (Chennai) in Sep 2015
Interview
Straight forward programming questions based on C++ and it wasn't overly complicated. A graduate with a fair amount of skills could answer almost all of those questions. It was fine to attend the interview even though the interviewer wanted to ask me about some tricky programming stuff.
the interview had 3 rounds
1st round had 2 coding problems and second had a complex coding problem and the technical discussion had lots of question with java . the final round was hr round
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
It feels amazing to be genuinely respected, not just as an employee, but truly valued as the company's greatest asset.
The interview process was well-structured, professional, and engaging. The interviewer was friendly, knowledgeable, and created a comfortable environment for discussion. Questions were relevant to the role and allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, making the overall experience positive and rewarding.
