ZERO TIME MANAGEMENT I have given my online examination and after 10-15 days I've received notification from Wipro that they have shortlisted me for buisness round (interview). We got a schedule that on March 18th, 3pm-7pm is our interview slot. The others and I have waited entire 4hrs for the interview but haven't received any call from them as it was conducted in superset platform, the only thing we can do is to wait. We have also tried to mail the superset and hr regarding the issue and guess what I received the reply after my interview process Finally, at 10:30pm (yes, at night) I got my chance to be interviewed and the person was so nice and informational. I've realised my weakness and the areas where I lack confident because of him and I'm grateful for that. I have answered every question with appropriate answers,yet I wasn't selected for the round. Not only me, but also there are so many people who has way more talent & skill than me who got rejected. I don't understand the wipro interview selections.
