There were many steps but everything went very smoothly overall. The communication between the steps were quite fast, though there was a small delay at the end of the process which was due to other factors outside the whole recruiting process. The interviews were very laid back but still professional. I loved how the candidate could choose the best the interview schedule. I also loved the enthusiastic spirit of the communication. Definietely the best recruiting process I have been in.
