These people don't know what they're doing. This was an interrogation not an interview ran by a young fella based in Berlin. Not much emotional intelligence but high on ego. Standard young organisation process with a lot of inflated sells and many promises.

The questions were hypothetical and leading about situations in recruiting. There was no relationship building.
Very friendly, quick, and structured. Amazing first call, a nice chemistry check, and honest about the salary budget right away. The e-mail communication was also fast and smooth. The whole process was very fast paced.
