Interview
Felt really long and lacked structure. There was a practical exercise too that also felt very long and a bit unnecessary given my portfolio. When I finally presented it did not feel like they really knew what they were looking for still which annoyed me.
I recently went through a four-level interview process for a marketing position at a reputable company. The process was long and rigorous, but I felt it was a fair assessment of my skills and experience

STEP 1. Interview w/ Talent Acquisition Partner
STEP 2. Interview with Head of the team
STEP 3. Assignment and presentation with the Head of the team, Creative Coordinator and Team Lead
STEP 4. Didn't go through it, but it is apparently an interview with a Wolt employee from any team, that is usually not in the field you're applying to
