Interview
The first round is interview with HR. He is super friendly and nice, the interview was just like a easy chat to know each others.
Then the second round is with a hire manager. I guess he is more a tech guy with limited social skills, the interview with dry and less pleasure. He showed that he has no interests in this interview from the first one or two minutes. Of course I failed by this round and did not go further.

Question 1
As I mentioned, first round is causal chatting like introducing each others, these normal questions.
The second round includes questions like, how do you work in your current position, what is your most proud experience, do you have any leadership experience, how do you do documentation in your current job.
Had an interview with an HR. Wonderful presentation about a company, very friendly interviewer, I had the opportunity to ask all questions about the company, position and processes. Calm and engaging atmosphere. Also, wonderful that at the beginning of interview process, I received a presentation with the info about Wolt, their values and mission and about all the steps of the interview process. Loved this transparency.
