Wolt interview questions

The interview process was misleading, as the qualities that I value the most in a team (and that I was discussing a lot with interviewers throughout multiple sessions) were the reason I was rejected for the position at the very end. I am glad we figured out our differences before becoming colleagues, but I'm surprised that Wolt took so much time from me, whilst our different approach to software development was clear from the beginning. The most time consuming part was the the test task, that was poorly defined, and had a controversy requirements (i.e., a visual wireframe has one font, but the text requirement specifies a different one), that has no means to be clarified (my questions sent by an email were simply ignored). On the positive side, the team is quite open about their projects and work process.
