Interview
The hiring process was very professional and smooth. I had a great contact with the HR team and they were very quick in reviewing my application and responding back within 24hours. They usually call back to inform you where you are in the next step process. I had also a great interview with the hiring manager and they were all very professional and we had a great conversation around the role, wolt and also your skills.

Question 1
Our operations in Israel are expanding rapidly and we are planning to recruit 40K couriers in 2023.
The conversion rate today from Application to 1st delivery is 25%. Looking at this number, “regular”
marketing acquisition on media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and GoogleAds) will not suffice.
Please describe your plan to aquire leads in other ways (leads who become couriers of course). Please
make sure to describe what efforts, resources, budget and time allocation would be needed in ordet to
achieve your plan.
