Wolt Operations Associate interview questions

The process was rather fast and overall very smooth. Communication was performed at a very high level and an interview was conducted in a very professional matter (only 1 person was involved in the recruitment from the team). Altogether, there were 2 interviews and 1 assignment to complete. I felt very good and confident during the recruitment process, my time and effort was appreciated. I was participating in 2 recruitment processes at Wolt simultaneously and for both vacancies was chosen a candidate who has been already working in the firm. That "coincidence" feels like a waste of time and I wish that the recruitment team would be honest about it. Feels like selection is already pre-decided and they just do a recruitment as a show (personal humble opinion). Nonetheless, I would absolutely recommend to apply, yet ask during the interviews how many applicants are participating in the recruitment within the company. Note that the salary offered is below average for this type of work.

Started with an interview. Then I was assigned a case assignment , I was given a week to complete it and then I was going to present it for the team. They got back to me about a week later.
