The process was very long. 5 interviews and an assignment. First interview was with HR representative, then with local General Manager, then assignment presentation. Assignment was presentation of thought process in acquiring new partners in new city. After that interview with General Manager from another country and finally interview with Regional Manager. Took more than a month

They asked why I would fit in company culture, why would I be good in sales, what was the toughest situation I had to make sales in. My experience with small business.

Applied online - Answer to 4-5 Questions.
Pre screen interview with the Recruiter.
Second Interview with the Manager.
Third Interview with Manager and one more guy- Presentation of one assessment .
I spent my time 1 and half month to hear no.
Assessment should be delivered at the beginning of the Recruitment Process and not at the end in order Company and Candidates not spend their time without reason.
Finally, I cannot understand If Data are important or no for Wolt because the majority of assessment questions should be answered with adequate Data or If you are internal employee. Otherwise you can answer by feeling.
I thought that Data are very important for any decision in Companies like Wolt.

We’d like to take this opportunity to address a few of your points and share some insight into why our hiring process is structured this way. The reason we don’t send assignments at the beginning is because we believe that it is only fair that our candidates have the right information about Wolt before jumping straight into an assessment. We want to ensure our candidates have the best support in order to present a great assignment.
As for your question about data, this is something rely on heavily. We are extremely data-driven, hence our assignments are created with the aim of encouraging our candidates to take an analytical approach. We understand that all the internal data sets are not shared in the assignment therefore a lot might be based on assumptions. However, this is something we have acknowledged and therefore agreed on that assignment presentations are focused on the analytical approach rather than the actual numbers itself.
We hope that this all makes sense. Nonetheless, we appreciate your feedback and rest assured that we have taken this into consideration when it comes understanding how we can improve our candidates’ experiences.
