I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wolt in Jul 2025
Interview
Why I'm posting this: I went to the interview, was told I completely match their preferences, that I did more than excellent, excelling at the situational handling & language proficiency, was basically told I got the job. Next thing I learn, a week later approx. - they decline me via email. A month passed, and they emailed again, asking if I would accept after all. Total chaos, completely inconsistent, they tell you one thing, then the complete opposite, then again the complete opposite of that - making a fool of both themselves and me, as well as wasting my time, efforts, and motivation.
Here's what it entailed in a nutshell:
- introductory talk
- usual CV talk
- an English "test" via just talking
- "situational test"
- typing speed test
Everything else was just small talk and the usual formalities..
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do in a specific situation (I ended up doing two interviews due to their own lack of transparency and professionalism) as a customer support agent in Wolt - so there are a couple of standard scenarios they use to test how candidates would react, think, write, speak, etc.
