Wolt Support Associate interview questions

2 interviews in a week since it was a hiring period, First with talent acqusition partner, second interview was with the occasional support manager. First one was a group interview, second was 1-1 meeting. I was asked at both some personal info and i was asked to find a solution on some very basic customer service tasks. Anyone having worked in customer service should be okay with answering them

The interview is online with multiple people in the first job interview. You take turns talking, you’re shown a presentation about the company, and you try out some hypothetical cases you will deal with at the job.
