I sent online my CV to apply for the opened position as intern in the Political Dept. They called me back and we arranged an interview with the team leader of the Dept.. Then, there was a one-hour test, where I had to sammarize, in a clear and simple manner, the current political and economic of my home country (Uruguay), having presented to a technical mission coming from the Bank's Headquartes. The next step was an interview with the representative.

It was a phone interview and they asked my background and then a bit of questions on the work that I would do as an intern there, we also spoke in Spanish for a couple of minutes since I had mentioned it in my CV.

I applied through reference from an alumni. The interview was quite casual. The interviewer asked just simple and basic questions about my resume, and then he introduced his work and what he needed I to do.
