I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at World Bank Group in May 2011
Interview
I was emailed to have an interview about 2 weeks after the application. There were two interviewers (one was the direct of the branch and the other was the direct boss of the successful applicant). They asked more on projects I participated (They seemed to try to find the relevance of my previous experience to their projects) rather than the general questions on me.

Had a tough data exam, given 24 hours to answer without AI, once I passed I had a panel interview. Interview was standard on experience and exam answers. Passed the interview and won the position but then heard nothing from HR just to hear they cancelled the position.

Good, smooth process with six panel members that asked expected questions. Each person asked may be 1 or 2 questions that started with a general introduction of the candidate and their interest to apply to the position.
