Friendly, professional, and cordial. The interviewers were very prepared to get to the meat and potatoes of the interview by asking me all the pertinent prerequisite qualifications for the position to which I was applying. I felt they definitely knew what they were looking for in a candidate and I was prepared to answer accordingly.

Routine interview before a panel of 3 people. The difficult portion of this interview was the skills test (if you are applying for a job that requires you to speak/write in another language, be prepared to be tested on your linguistic skills).
