I got an invitation for an Excel Financial Modelling test after about two weeks from the deadline for applications. The test tested forecasting using scenarios and advanced excel modules such as macros and dialog box. Three weeks after, I was invited for a telephone interview - it was a panel of about 4 people from the Corporate Finance unit. Each of them asked questions. The Director - Hiring Manager and another staff asked behavioral questions while two other officers asked very technical questions about funding and capital projections and the WB's financial statements.
