I am informed vis email that I was shortlisted, and was invited to World Bank BJ Office for an interview with a panel including director from US, China sector manager, other senior transport specialist and department secretary.

Interview
The interview is a fairly straightforward process and quick. The interview is conducted by a panel (between 4-6 members) and each person in the panel poses 1 or maximum 2 questions. These cover topics such as an introduction, technical questions and behavioral questions. Real examples are appreciated. After the panel has made their questions, the candidate is given the time to make 2-3 questions.

Then if you are shortlisted you will receive and email or call after 2 months from the application time. then it is a three phased with number one: resume screening and the selection the first phase. Number two: Shortlisted for second phase. number three: panel Interview and finally number four: Senior manager interviews
