The process takes time since the moment you submit your application online. Then they proceed to short list the candidates. THey are call for an interview. Sometime due to travelling of panel members it takes time to schedule the interview

Panel interview four panelists. Three technical questions and one hr type question. Short answers and then a second round where they follow up asking for more details. The interview took place online.

Is globalization good or bad for the global economy
Interview with 4 people based around the world including administrative person. Each person had at least 2 questions with most questions coming from the manager. Questions were technical in nature but also included at least one round of questioning on soft skills.
