World Bank Group interview questions

Video interview 1st round with some relatively junior officers. 2nd round phone interview with the department manager. Overall very quick but needed a thorough knowledge for the Bank's mission and demonstrable passion for what they do.

The process is lengthy. After applying i was notified i was shortlisted months later. The interview was scheduled with weeks in advance and got a preliminary response weeks later. The interview has a strong focus on soft skills in relation to interpersonal skills, not directly applied to the job description
