The recruitment process consisted of a written exercise followed by a panel interview. Overall, the process was relatively efficient, especially considering it was conducted by an international organisation, where such procedures can often take longer.

Four person panel, standard questions on motivation for the position and background, then about 8 questions and majority on technical application of role to the region/country and a few on communication for client/safety.
