Interview
As a STC you have a project based contracts, which mean you might need to apply for each job/project separately. Interview scheme differs depending on the team and department & interviews (phone calls) were with the WB staff responsible for the projects.

Mostly technical and job related questions and less behavioral. The only behavioral I remember was weaknesses.

Interview
Was easy. No curve balls - just straightforward stuff. This could be because it was for a short-term contract. Perhaps the interviews for full-time positions are more challenging. I just can't say. One thing to note is that they like individuals who thrive in a multi-cultural environment, which makes sense given the diverse, global workforce.

Interview
90 Minute interview, in person after hearing a presentation I held in a large meeting the day before. Did not hear anything from them in the following weeks although they said they were going to contact me within 2 weeks. After several follow-up calls and emails, they said they found someone else who fit the job more closely (2 months later).
