World Bank Group interview questions

CV was evaluated, processed, interviewed over phone, checked my knowledge, experience, skills, personality background, organisations that I have worked with, specific experience in water and sanitation. did induction and gave placement in Bihar. I had to wait for 60 days.

Did a phone interview first with two team members. Had to then do panel interviews with everyone in the team. Had about six of these panel interviews over a three week period. Lots of rescheduling die to availability. After team, did two 1-1 interviews with the hiring manager. Finally did an interview with the director before receiving an offer. You will have to travel for interviews. In case of urgency, some may be done over video conference.
