Brief process, but with a good amount of questions and assessments designed to examine the fit for this particular role. Some good vetting of previous experiences and accuracy of information provided in application. Interviewer appreciated availability, motivation and use of real, not cliched reasons to work for the organization.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at World Bank Group (Chennai) in Nov 2016

the first round had a booklet of multiple choice questions on grammar and finding errors from given sentences and rewriting the correct answer. the second round was a written round in which we were told to write about 500 words on any one of our recent experiences. the third round which was the final round was the interview. questions like why should we choose you and what are your strengths and weaknesses were asked.

I referraled by their employee. after two weeks, I was assigned to do a data analysis test in two days. After that I recieve a phone call mainly talk about my resume and experience.
