Some specific questions on deals I had worked on in the past
Do you have a preference on where you work (geographically)
Technical questions:
You have a company which just raised 100 million in debt how does it impact each financial statement?
Why is EBITDA sometimes not a good proxy for cash?
If you have been given a proposal by your boss what are the key things/analysis that you would do to make investment decision?

Interview
It was a fairly simple interview with just three rounds. The first two rounds were written test and the third round was interview. I had applied through my university and out of 130 students I was selected with ten others. If you've good communication skill with a passion to work you'll be selected.

The process was non-fussy and quick.It progressed to the different levels quickly,had 3 rounds and the HR round was the final one.The technical round was through a video conference at the World Bank premises.
