Interview of 30 min with 3 analysts/staff from the team. I was first asked to introduce myself and my motivation for the role. and was then asked a lot of technical questions, and general quesitons about my opinion on gender issues.

Received HR screening call, and a panel interview.
Overall not hard, interview was centered on my experience. Since I worked at the World Bank, and responsibilities were similar to the hiring team at the IFC, they asked details of my work and my deliverables.

Excellent and Fair, a combination of panels and individual interviews, varied topics covered on both technical and behavioral aspects, strong communication throughout the process, very welcoming staff and environment, made me feel valued and respected
