Unfortunately, the complexity of the interview process does not align with the pay. The interview will consume you lots of time and energy. You probably will get the offer if you are working in the same research area with the team you are applying for.

Slow and drawn out process. Took a total of 4 months over 4 interviews, and then no response, with no one to contact to follow up. Interviewers were nice and everything felt positive, but the process just stalled with no reason. Received rejection email after 2 months.
