I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at World Bank Group (Jakarta) in Feb 2022
Interview
Interviewees were very lethargic and biased. It felt like they had already made up their mind and that I was being interviewed just for the sake of it. I had put in hard work and prepared so much for it but it was all in vain.

Interview
Relatively moderate questions if you are well prepared and can get over the interview anxiety. The panel are generally nice and friendly. They are also experts in their field. The recruitment process was quite long and drawn-out, 5 months in and still waiting for a decision.
