World Bank Group interview questions

The whole process took 5 months. I was contacted after a few weeks for a 5 hours written tests. A month later, I was offered an panel interview, followed 2 weeks later by an interview with a hiring manager

There's no interview, they wrote me an email to inform me I was selected to do a test, and only the people who pass the test can have the interview. The test is about operation analytics, and I need to submit the dashboard to them in 2hours. After I submitted my test, they said they would let us know the result in 1week, but the truth is that they ghosted the failed candidate, and no one contacted me near 2months. It's very disrespectful to the candidate. They refuse to offer the salary range, answer more detail about this role, and only want you to put effort into passing the test. It makes me feel like they're not selecting the talent but want to get the best report among hundreds of free labor.
